Preventive healthcare and related services

Where necessary, collected data may be disclosed or transmitted to third parties within the limits of statutory provisions and for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, for example to further medical treatment providers, health insurers, laboratories, or similar recipients under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. This may happen where legally required, where necessary to protect another natural person, or on the basis of consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR.
Data is deleted after fulfillment of our contract and statutory duties of care. Warranty obligations and comparable obligations remain unaffected. We review data and deadlines every three years. Statutory retention periods otherwise apply.
